

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated the two-day Mission Karmayogi Regional Conference organised by the Capacity Building Commission in Vijayawada. The event is being held at Ambedkar Kala Vedika and is attended by officials from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Odisha and Puducherry. The workshop focuses on enhancing the capabilities of government employees and improving their administrative skills. Discussions are also being held on capacity building of government training institutions and strengthening the skills of employees.
As part of the Unnati programme, a draft framework for capacity building is being developed in collaboration with iGOT and the Mission Karmayogi Quality Framework. Officials from different states will present the practices and approaches being followed in their respective states. The conference also aims to transform government training institutions into centres that contribute to improving departmental performance rather than merely conducting courses. Andhra Pradesh secured the first position in government employees’ capacity building, followed by Karnataka and Odisha. CM Chandrababu presented awards to representatives of the three states.
