Chinese Ambassador Xu Feihong to Attend Vijayawada Utsav

Chinese Ambassador to India Xu Feihong and his wife, Tan Yuxiu, will visit Andhra Pradesh from October 16 to 18 and attend Vijayawada Utsav 2026 in Vijayawada. The ambassador expressed his gratitude to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for inviting him to the event. Highlighting the rich cultural heritage shared by India and China, Xu Feihong emphasised the importance of strengthening cultural ties and promoting greater people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.

During his visit to Andhra Pradesh, the Chinese ambassador is also scheduled to meet Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. The meeting is expected to focus on exploring ways to enhance cooperation between India and China, strengthen cultural relations, and encourage greater interaction between their people. The ambassador’s participation in Vijayawada Utsav 2026 is expected to add an international dimension to the event and highlight the importance of cultural engagement between the two countries.
