

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu addressed the NITI Aayog Governing Council meeting, congratulating Prime Minister Narendra Modi on completing 12 years in office. He highlighted India’s shift from policy paralysis to strong policy-driven growth and praised initiatives like Digital India, Aadhaar, UPI, and Make in India.
He presented the “Swarna Andhra @2047” vision aligned with “Viksit Bharat 2047,” focusing on technology-driven governance, real-time data systems, and inclusive development. He outlined reforms in education, health, skill development, and investment attraction, stating that Andhra Pradesh has secured ₹23 lakh crore investments in two years. He also emphasized AI-based learning, digital health records, WhatsApp governance, and population management policies, stressing Centre–State collaboration for national growth.
