Case Filed Against AP Police in Telangana

A criminal case has been registered in Telangana against Andhra Pradesh police officials following a complaint filed by senior journalist K.V. Reddy’s wife, Vijayalakshmi. The complaint alleges that Bobbili police acted in a forceful and inhuman manner while taking the journalist into custody.

Based on her complaint, Saroor Nagar police have registered a case against Bobbili Circle Inspector Srinivasa Rao and initiated an investigation into the alleged misconduct. Authorities are examining the circumstances surrounding the incident.
