Bus–Lorry Collision in Visakhapatnam Claims Three Lives

A major road accident occurred in Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, where an APSRTC bus collided with a parked lorry near Srinagar. The bus, which was traveling from Rajahmundry to Parvathipuram, resulted in the death of three people, including two women and the driver.

Seven others sustained serious injuries and were shifted to King George Hospital for treatment. Transport Minister Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy expressed deep shock over the incident, conveyed condolences to the victims’ families, and directed officials to ensure better medical care and conduct a detailed inquiry into the accident.
