Bus Ticket and Auto Ride in One Booking? TGSRTC’s New Combo Service

TGSRTC is preparing to launch a combo e-auto service in Hyderabad to improve last-mile connectivity and strengthen its competitiveness against private travel operators. Under the new initiative, passengers can book an electric auto along with their bus ticket through a dedicated mobile application, making travel more convenient from the beginning to the end of their journey.

The service will allow commuters to reserve an e-auto either from their home to the bus station or from the bus station to their destination while booking the bus ticket itself. Both the bus fare and auto fare will be paid together in a single transaction through the TGSRTC platform. Initially, the facility will be available within Hyderabad city.
