

Education and IT Minister Nara Lokesh has directed officials to build strong trust among parents in government schools. During a review meeting with District Education Officers and APCs at the Secretariat, he said the key objective is to strengthen and upgrade government schools. He emphasized improving attendance, infrastructure, mid-day meals, and Class 10 results.
He also instructed officials to track every student to reduce dropouts and ensure continuity of education for migrant students. Special attention was advised for districts with low attendance and enrollment issues. Officials shared district-wise performance, including enrollment, dropout numbers, and exam results, while the minister stressed continuous monitoring and improvement in education quality.
