BRS state leader Srikant Bhima demanded that the Congress government immediately fulfil the promises made to students and unemployed youth during the elections. He participated in a programme organised by the BRSV in Achampet on Saturday as part of the protest call given by the BRS state leadership against the government’s policies. He urged the government to release pending fee reimbursement and scholarship dues without delay and announce a job calendar to fill vacant government posts.
Bhima said several students were facing difficulties in continuing their education due to delays in fee reimbursement and were waiting for scholarships. He also demanded that the government speed up the recruitment process for vacant posts and provide relief to unemployed youth awaiting jobs. Later, the participants submitted a memorandum to officials at the Achampet Revenue Divisional Office, urging immediate action on the issues. Bhima said he would continue to stand with students and unemployed youth until their concerns were addressed.
