Bandi Sanjay moves court over name usage

Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar has approached the City Civil Court, filing a petition seeking a ban on the use of his name in the POCSO case in the future. He also requested the court to direct the removal of all videos and content that have already used his name.

Meanwhile, in the Bandi Bhagirath case, a case has been registered over the circulation of a minor girl’s personal details on social media. Police took action after photos, videos, and details of the girl and her parents were widely shared online. Based on a complaint from the Medchal District Child Welfare Committee chairperson, Pet Basheerabad police registered a case and initiated action against social media administrators.
