Bandi Bhagirath Files Bail Petition in High Court

Bandi Bhagirath has approached the Telangana High Court seeking bail in a case registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The bail petition is scheduled to be heard on Wednesday by the bench of Justice Kalasikam Sujana. The court is expected to consider the submissions from both sides before passing further orders.

In his petition, Bandi Bhagirath claimed that he is innocent and alleged that the case against him is politically motivated. He also stated that he has fully cooperated with the investigation and requested the court to grant him bail. The state's arguments are also expected to be presented during the hearing.
