Balmoor Venkat Congratulates Nerella Sharada on Taking Charge

Nerella Sharada has assumed charge as the Chairperson of the Telangana State Commission for Women. She took the oath and formally assumed office at the Commission’s office in Buddha Bhavan, Secunderabad. On the occasion, Government Whip Dr Balmoor Venkat met Sharada at the Commission’s office, congratulated her on assuming the post and felicitated her with a shawl.

Balmoor Venkat wished Sharada success in working for women’s rights, safety and welfare, besides addressing issues faced by girl students. He said the Women’s Commission should continue to strengthen its support for women and work towards resolving their concerns. Sharada, after assuming office, said protecting women’s rights, safety and welfare would remain among the Commission’s priorities.
