AP ManaMitra WhatsApp Governance: Caste Certificates Now Available Through Mobile Phones

The Andhra Pradesh government has made it easier for citizens to obtain caste certificates through the ManaMitra WhatsApp Governance platform. Citizens can download their caste certificate directly on their mobile phones without having to visit government offices. To access the service, users need to send a “Hi” message to the ManaMitra WhatsApp Governance number 9552300009 and select the relevant services option. They must then choose Revenue Services, followed by the “Re-Issuance of Integrated Certificate” option.

After selecting the service, citizens need to provide their Aadhaar number, following which an OTP will be sent for verification. After entering the required details and paying a ₹40 fee, the caste certificate can be downloaded directly to the user’s mobile phone. According to RTGS officials, the facility can be accessed from anywhere and at any time, providing citizens with a convenient digital alternative for obtaining the document. Officials urged the public to make use of the service.
