AP Group-1 Case: SIT Submits Final Report to High Court

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has submitted its final report to the Andhra Pradesh High Court in connection with the Group-1 recruitment case. During the proceedings, the SIT informed the court that the forensic audit of answer sheets belonging to 736 candidates had been completed. The investigation has focused on examining the answer scripts and identifying any irregularities in the recruitment process.

The SIT further informed the court that nine answer sheets had been sent for a second opinion as part of the verification process. Reports relating to two of those answer sheets have already been received, while the reports on the remaining seven are still awaited. After hearing the submissions, the Andhra Pradesh High Court adjourned the next hearing in the matter to September 1.
