AP Government Files Petition in CI Nagaraju Case

The Andhra Pradesh Government has approached the Supreme Court challenging certain conditions imposed by the Andhra Pradesh High Court regarding the custodial interrogation of CI Nagaraju. The High Court had directed that the entire custody interrogation be video recorded.

The state government has opposed these conditions and sought relief from the Supreme Court. CI Nagaraju is facing allegations in the Gade Sai Kumar lock-up death case, and the matter remains under judicial consideration.
