Another Case Filed Against Former CI Nagaraju

A fresh case has been registered against former Krishnalanka Circle Inspector Nagaraju in Vijayawada. Police have named him as an accused in connection with the death of Pogu Kranti Kumar, who allegedly died by suicide after recording a selfie video claiming he was being harassed by the former CI.

Following the emergence of the selfie video and the subsequent investigation, police altered the case from a suspicious death to charges of abetment to suicide and added provisions under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The investigation into the case is currently underway.
