Food delivery and quick commerce company Swiggy has reported improved performance in the March quarter. The consolidated loss narrowed to ₹800 crore compared to ₹1,081 crore in the same period last year. Revenue rose by 45% to ₹6,383 crore, while total expenses increased to ₹7,448 crore.
The food delivery segment achieved a 15 quarter high gross order value of ₹9,006 crore. The quick commerce division, Instamart, recorded strong growth of 68%, reaching ₹7,881 crore. The company expects further expansion in the long term, driven by rising demand in quick commerce.
