

Heritage Foods has announced disappointing results for the fourth quarter ended March in the financial year 2025-26. The company’s consolidated net profit declined by 37.26 percent to Rs.23.94 crore, compared to Rs.38.16 crore reported during the same period last year.
Despite the decline in profit, the company’s total income for the January-March quarter increased from Rs.1,048.46 crore to Rs.1,157.56 crore. At the same time, total expenses also rose from Rs.990.59 crore to Rs.1,132.40 crore during the review period.
For the full financial year 2025-26, Heritage Foods reported a 20.26 percent fall in net profit to Rs.150.13 crore from Rs.188.28 crore. However, total income grew by 9 percent to Rs.4,526 crore. The company stated that this is the first time it has crossed the Rs.4,500 crore revenue mark in a single financial year. The board of directors also recommended a final dividend of Rs.2.50 per share with a face value of Rs.5.
