Ranbir Kapoor Buys Premium Plot in Ayodhya’s

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has purchased a premium land parcel in Ayodhya’s luxury plotted development by House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), the company confirmed. The property is part of “The Saryu,” a high-end 75-acre development featuring modern infrastructure, a clubhouse, and luxury amenities, including a hotel managed by The Leela brand.

The plot, spanning around 2,134 square feet, is reportedly valued at approximately ₹3.31 crore. Ranbir Kapoor, who is set to portray Lord Rama in the upcoming mega film Ramayana, said he felt spiritually connected to Ayodhya. He added that the city “called him,” and he responded to it, describing the purchase as part of his cultural and emotional connection with the sacred city.
