Mahindra & Mahindra has announced a price increase for its non-electric SUVs and commercial vehicles starting from the 6th of this month. According to the company, vehicles powered by internal combustion engines (ICE) will see an average price hike of around 1.6%, with increases going up to 2.5% depending on the model and variant. The company also clarified that the recently launched XUV 7XO will not see a price increase for the first 40,000 customers, while subsequent buyers will have to pay the revised prices.
Meanwhile, Ola Electric has reduced the price of its Roadster 9.1 kWh electric motorcycle by ₹60,000. The company stated that the cost reduction is due to increased production of its in-house developed 4680 battery cells, which has lowered manufacturing expenses.
The bike, previously priced at ₹1,89,999, will now be available for ₹1,29,999. However, this offer is limited to a certain number of units. Customers can book the vehicle through the company’s official website between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM on April 3.
