Commercial LPG cylinder prices have been increased once again across the country. Oil marketing companies announced that the revised rates will come into effect from June 1. In Delhi, the price of a 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder has been increased by ₹42, taking the retail price to ₹3,113.50.
The price hike has also impacted other major cities. In Hyderabad, the price of a 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder has risen to ₹3,294, while in Chennai it has reached ₹3,232. Kolkata witnessed the highest increase of ₹53.50 per cylinder, pushing the price to ₹3,255.
In addition, the price of five-kilogram free-trade LPG cylinders has been increased by ₹11. However, there has been no change in the prices of domestic LPG cylinders, providing relief to household consumers despite the rise in commercial fuel costs.
