

India’s IT major Infosys on Tuesday announced a strategic partnership with US-based artificial intelligence firm Anthropic to deliver advanced AI solutions across industries. Through this collaboration, the companies will offer AI-driven services to telecom, financial services, manufacturing, and software development enterprises. As part of the initial phase, Infosys will establish an Anthropic Center of Excellence focused on developing and deploying AI agents tailored to the needs of telecommunications companies, before expanding to other sectors.
Under the partnership, Infosys will integrate its Topaz AI offerings with Anthropic’s Claude models, including Claude. The collaboration aims to help enterprises automate complex operations, accelerate software delivery, and ensure responsible and compliant AI adoption. Infosys CEO Salil Parekh said that AI is redefining business transformation and industry innovation, adding that the partnership marks a strategic step toward advancing enterprise AI capabilities, enhancing operational intelligence, resilience, and responsible AI implementation.
