Indian Stock Markets End in the Red

Indian benchmark stock markets, which opened in negative territory on Thursday morning, ended the trading session with losses. The BSE Sensex declined by 376.84 points (0.49%) to close at 76,378.20, while the NSE Nifty fell 126.65 points (0.53%) to settle at 23,869.60.

Among the top gainers were Tips Films Limited, Asian Granito India Limited, Praj Engineers Syndicate Limited, Tanla Platforms Limited, and Shah Metacorp Limited. On the losing side, Control Print Limited, CIE Automotive India Limited, Waterways Leisure Tourism Limited, Jindal Worldwide Limited, and Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited were among the top laggards.
