Gold Prices Rise Sharply

Gold prices are witnessing sharp fluctuations amid changing expectations surrounding US Federal Reserve interest rates. After declining in the domestic market over the past few days, gold prices suddenly rebounded on Thursday, rising by nearly 2%. Market sources said demand for gold increased following the Fed chief’s statement that interest rates would not be raised if inflation remains under control.

As of 6:30 am today, 24-carat gold in the Hyderabad bullion market was priced at ₹1,55,360 per 10 grams. The price of 22-carat gold stood at ₹1,42,410, while 18-carat gold was priced at ₹1,16,520. Silver was trading at ₹2,50,100 per kilogram. Gold and silver prices may change depending on market conditions, so buyers are advised to check the latest rates before making a purchase.
