Gold prices continue to rise in India amid expectations that the US Federal Reserve will maintain high interest rates. Rising international demand has pushed gold prices upward, while silver prices are also increasing due to limited supply for industrial needs.
According to Good Returns, as of 6:30 AM on November 29, 24-carat 10-gram gold is priced at ₹1,28,470, up ₹730 from yesterday. 22-carat 10-gram gold is ₹1,17,760, up ₹760. The current per kg silver price is ₹1,76,100. Internationally, 24-carat gold per ounce is $4,111, and silver per ounce has crossed the $55 mark. Market experts estimate that fluctuations in gold prices will continue until clarity emerges on US Fed interest rates.
