Managing Trustee and MD Nara Bhuvaneswari clarified that the allegations against Heritage are completely baseless. In a tweet reflecting on the company’s three-and-a-half-decade journey, she stated that Heritage’s mission has always been to deliver healthy and fresh dairy products to every household while empowering dairy farmers. Starting as a small enterprise with an investment of ₹4 crore, Heritage has grown into an organization valued at over ₹4,000 crore, built on an uncompromising commitment to quality. She emphasized that customer satisfaction begins with trust and revealed that every product undergoes 25 quality tests, with hygiene and safety standards that exceed statutory requirements.
Highlighting farmer welfare, Bhuvaneswari said Heritage currently works with over 3 lakh dairy farmers across nine states. She noted that the company’s long-standing partnership with farmers is based on timely payments, complete transparency in quality and measurement, and fair pricing. The company also supports farmers through veterinary services, cattle care, quality feed, financial protection, training, and digital assistance. Inviting the public to independently verify Heritage’s practices and quality standards, she reaffirmed that honesty and transparency remain the foundation of the organization’s promise for generations to come.
